Emily's Party

Debbie, Liam, Emily and me

Me and Roshni
Looks like I may of had a glass too many in this photo!

Debbie flew in again from Dallas and her friend Emily was having a party, so Rowdy and I headed over. She lives maybe about a mile away from us in Cambridge, so that was convenient. Anyway, we met a bunch of people and the next thing we knew, they were all gone, so here are some photos of the last people standing. We had a really good time!

Oh yeah, Emily was also freaking out when she found out my last name. Turns out, her best friend has my same first and last name(married) WIERD! That would be the strangest thing.....to meet someone with your same name.

"A Million Little Lies?!"

Really sucks to be this guy!!!!!!
So I'm in the process of reading "A Million Little Pieces" and I think it's a fantastic read. I really don't have a problem with the author fudging some parts. I actually wondered how he could remember things in such detail. BUT, I am bothered by not knowing what parts are fact or fiction. I did buy the book under the pretence that it was fact, but OH well, shit happens, I guess. There are worse things in life than a lying author. I almost feel sorry for the guy, because Oprah really made him look like a fool. It probably wasn't a good idea to lie to and piss off Oprah, James, but I'm guessing that's punishment enough! YIKES!!!!!

ME GOT MAIL!

I went to check my mail today and to my surprise found a box addressed to little ole' me!!!

But what could it be...............

AHHHHH, It's a very lovely gift and card from my friend Melissa. Photo Albums and pictures of us in Boston! Thank you very much Mel! You are very very sweet and I think you read my mind, because I was just about to buy some more photo albums. I've been working on organizing my photos and ran out of album space. THANK YOU!!!! You made my day! I've just very grateful to have such great friends!!!!

It's A Small World!!!
James trying to pull out the sword

This was our final destination on the trip! It was great to come here and feel like a kid again! We rode all the rides and even rode Space Mountain twice. My favorite was "It's a Small World", because it reminds me of my mom and that's her favorite ride. Monday was the best day to go because it wasn't too crowded. Later we had Dinner at Tony's, an Italian Restaurant on Main Street. We got a table outside, which had a perfect view of the Parade and then later we saw the fireworks show. I was sad to leave the "Happiest Place of Earth". I don't care how many times you go there. It's ALWAYS a good time!

Happy Birthday DUDE!

WAZZZZZZ UP!

I wanna give a shout out to my buddy Tone! Happy Happy Birthday!! Hope you have a great 30-1!!! Have a few cocktails for me tonight, would ya, I've been really slackin' lately!

Sunday

We decided to take it easy. The boys watched football, while Susan and I took in some shopping. We even reconnected with an old friend of ours from Vandenberg, Kirk and his wife Laura. (They have been stationed at Patrick) It had been about 5 yrs since we've seen Kirk and the last time I saw Laura was when she was visiting Kirk from Florida and we went wine tasting in Santa Maria. (It was a ROUGH night and we were both PLOWED!!) Anyway, we had drinks, talked about old times, and even made some chocolate chip cookies(minus the expresso) from the Neiman Marcus Recipe. They were delicious!!! It was really great to see them again.

Animal Kingdom - Sat

The Jungle Safari

Animal Kingdom was a lot of fun. We walked around looking at all the animals, took a safari ride and even went to the petting zoo. Susan and I then left the boys to catch the Festival of the Lion King Show while they went to a 3D showing of It's a Bugs Life. It was a pretty relaxing day.
That night, we went to a Japanese Steakhouse for some din din and then watched a movie. We were pooped!

When Reading......

For Epcot, start from the bottom up. It'll all backwards. Didn't think about it until I was almost done and I wasn't about to do it over.
