A night on the town in Harvard Square

My friend Keelee came to visit on Aug 17-21. We had a GREAT time! We went to Harvard and shopped in Harvard Square, experienced a duck tour www.ducktours.com which took us around Boston and in the Charles River, went shopping again in Downtown Boston, had a Lobster Dinner, and managed to suck back a few cocktails in between.

Went home on July 29th - Aug 9th for my sister's wedding(Aug 7). I hadn't been home for almost 2 years. It's amazing how fast time goes by. Anyway...... It was a very lovely wedding at the Top of the Met in St Louis www.topofthemet.com. There was a view of all St. Louis including the Cards Game! My mom surprised everyone with a belly dancer after dinner. Open bar + Belly Dancer = Dancing Drunk Husband! It was one of the best times I've had with family and friends! I was especially happy that my Grandmother was well enough to come. I know it made everyone else in my family happy as well.

Playing catch up!

Sorry...still trying to figure how everything works on the blog! I finally got photos, although the format is screwed up. I'll get better. Anyway....Those were pictures of Melissa's trip from July 21-25. We went all over the city and had a BLAST!

I'm gonna try and catch up on the blog over the next couple of days.

FINALLY!

Alright....i haven't done a good job of keeping up but I'll do my best from now on. I can't promise pictures yet because my laptop has a virus and my desktop sucks!

We've finally settled in Boston...well...actually Arlington, which is about 20 minutes from the downtown and a bit longer if you take public transit. I love the public transit though! I never knew what I was missin! I've only driven a couple of times this month.

I had 2 friends visit so far this summer. Melissa in July and Keelee in Aug. We had a great time. It gave me the excuse to tour the city and figure out where I was going! There is so much to do here, but it can get alittle expensive. That's why I'll do a lot of things when I have visitors. We will have our next visitor in Oct. I'll go into more detail when I figure this blog thing out. My friend Keelee set it up for me before I left Cheyenne. Hopefully I'll be caught up soon.
