You'll love it! Mine came in the mail too, but I'm not home so I told my mom to open it and get the ball blown up and check out the videos. She will love doing them with me.

Hollie- I'm not kidding you will LOVE it. I'm addicted to mine and YES I saw results in 4 weeks last year in prep for my cruise. You will LOVE Gunnar's personality and the effects of the workout.
