Brian had a TDY to Boston last week and decided to stay a couple extra days to hang out with us. We spent most of the afternoon and all night hanging out around Harvard Square. We started off at Grendel's Den, a popular Harvard hangout, but since they didn't have a TV to watch his beloved Oakland A's, Rowdy allowed just enough time to scarf down BIG pretzels and a couple beers, before we were off to the next place, Tommy Doyle's. We had some dinner, watched the A's lose, and then moved on to Whitney's, a tiny pub, to watch the Cardinal's WIN! We had a really good time!

GO CARDS! What a nail bitter! Thats what Rowdy gets for wanting the Mets to win. I was almost late for work while waiting for that last out. You all look like a good time was had by all. We need to visit Boston some time. I've never been up East.
